HELP ABOUT SITE ACCOUNT, MEMBERSHIPS AND GENERAL HELP:
support
- Free members can submit support requests, but normally not answer will be received. Requests will be taken into account for bug fixes and future improvements.
- Paid members will receive support answers, we will try to fix bugs and give you the best support. If you are not a Ultimate member, response time is usually less than a week, if you are a Ultimate member, response time is usually less than 24 hours.
Notes:
- You can access support link from your Admin Panel in top menu under <account icon> / “Contact support” or from this link. You also have a button to access support in the “Account” section of this website.
- Support is available in English and Spanish.
UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP
- If you have a paid membership you need to cancel it before upgrade your account, if you have a free membership you can go to next step.
- Now you can go to Pricing page and buy a membership.
- If you do this steps in less than a week your data will be not loss and your users will be already connected to the new Admin Panel.
CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
- To cancel an active membership you need to log in into your account in this site and click “Edit Profile” button.
- In the next window you will see a button to cancel your current membership.
