Admin help

HELP ABOUT HOW TO CONTROL ANDROID DEVICES, ADMIN PANEL AND ADMIN APP. To access admin panel use the “admin panel” button that appears when you log in to your account or access through the android ADMIN app with your email and password.

Common notes

  • After a change, add or update (global or user), you need to wait for each user sync to update phone/tablet configuration.
  • Admin panel & admin app only available in English, more languages will be added in the future.

Receive notifications

Receive android notifications in real time.

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “By default, enable notifications”
  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / User CFG / “Receive notifications”

Receive SMS

Receive android SMS in real time.

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “By default, enable SMS”
  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / User CFG / “Receive SMS”

Notes:

  • In this moment realtime SMS can not be disabled and is enabled by default.

Receive WEBPAGES

Receive android visited webpages in real time.

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “By default, enable webpages”
  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / User CFG / “Receive webpages”

Notes:

  • Supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, DuckDuckGo, Opera, Opera Mini, Edge and Tor Browser. Incognito mode included.

Receive WhatsApp

Receive android WhatsApp messages in real time after read.

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “By default, enable WhatsApp”
  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / User CFG / “Receive WhatsApp”

Notes:

  • WhatsApp audios and media content cannot be received. Sent and received images will be received in gallery.
  • WhatsApps are received after read.

Receive Messenger, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

Receive android screenshots for this apps in real time.

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “By default, enable apps screenshots”
  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / <app name> / “Enable/Disable this feature” button.

  • Sometimes this feature could show a system alert in user phone, app will try to auto confirm it.

Receive locations

Receive android locations after each sync.

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “By default, enable locations”
  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / User CFG / “Receive locations”

Notes:

  • To register a new location user phone/tablet need to has activity.

Receive call log

Receive android call log after each sync.

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “By default, enable call log”
  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / User CFG / “Receive call log”

Receive contacts

Receive android contacts on demand.

  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / User CFG / “Update contacts”

Notes:

  • On first sync contacts list will be received by default (this option can not be disabled).
  • Update contacts option will delete previous user contacts and receive the new contacts list.

Receive apps

Receive android apps on demand.

  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / User CFG / “Update apps”

Under main menu there are three options:

  • User apps: show user installed apps.
  • Apps count: show the number of installations in users phone/tablet.
  • Hidden apps: a list of apps that you want to not show up on User apps and Apps count.

Notes:

  • On first sync, apps list will be received by default (this option can not be disabled).
  • Update apps option will delete previous user apps and receive the new apps list.

Take remote screenshots

Receive android screenshots under demand.

  • Remote action can be done in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Settings / “Take screenshot” button.

Notes:

  • Sometimes this feature could show a system alert in user phone, app will try to auto confirm it.

TAKE REMOTE PHOTOS

Take android photos under demand.

  • Remote action can be done in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Settings / “Take photo” button.

Notes:

  • This feature will take a photo from front camera and a photo from back camera.

RECORD remote AUDIO

Record android audio under demand.

  • Remote action can be done in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Settings / “Record audio” button.

Notes:

  • Maximum recording duration is 600s.
  • Duration is not exact.

Send custom notification

Send notification to android device.

  • Remote action can be done in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Settings / “Send notification” button.

Notes:

  • Title and body are required.
  • You can set an action to open a custom url, in a full view screen or in default browser app.

SEND REMOTE SMS

Send a SMS from android user phone/tablet.

  • User option is in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / Send SMS” button

Under this option you can create a SMS that will be sent on next user sync, you need to set this options:

  • Receipt country code.
  • Receipt number.
  • SMS body.

Block phone with custom text

Restrict all android user activity and show a custom text.

  • Block text (shown in users phone/tablet) can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “Block text”. This text accept HTML code and image links.
  • User option can be enabled or disabled in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / “Block/Unblock phone” button.

Disable phone sounds

Disable global sounds in android user phone/tablet.

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “By default, disable phone sounds”
  • Single user option can be enabled or disabled in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / “Disable/Enable sound” button.

Notes:

  • Vibration will not be disabled.

CUSTOM AUTO SCREENSHOTS

Take android screenshots automatically for some apps.

  • Configuration can be done in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Settings / “Auto screenshots” button.

Notes:

  • Sometimes this feature could show a system alert in user phone, app will try to auto confirm it.

Apps & webpages restrictions

Prevent android user access to some apps or webpages.

  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / “App & Web restrictions” button.

Under this option you can Delete or Add restrictions:

  • To add a restriction click “Restrict app or webpage” button. In next window you can write user app (package name) or domain name for webpages, server will sugest you installed user apps and user visited webpages.
  • To delete a restriction click “Delete” button in the desired restriction.

Notes:

  • Supported browsers to block webpages: Chrome, Firefox, DuckDuckGo, Opera, Opera Mini, Edge and Tor Browser. Incognito mode included.

Hide app icon

Hide user app icon.

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “By default, hide app icon”
  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / User CFG / “Hide app icon”

Notes:

  • This option could not work in all phones/tablets.

Prevent app stop

Prevent user to stop user app (this affects all apps).

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “By default, prevent app stop”
  • Single user option can be configured in main menu under Users / <user> / Controls & Options / User CFG / “Prevent app stop”

Notes:

  • User can bypass this option with external apps.

SERVER BLACKLIST

Prevent user connections based on phone number patterns.

  • Patterns can be configured in top menu under / Blacklist

Under this option you can Delete or Add patterns:

  • To add a pattern click “Add patterns”. In next window you can set the pattern that you want cannot connect to the server.
  • To delete a pattern click “Delete” button in the desired pattern or purge to delete all.

Logging

Log user data submissions.

  • Default option for new users can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “Logging”
  • Logs are in top menu under / Log

Allow all users to connect

Allow all users to connect or only users in contacts list.

  • Option can be configured in top menu under / Server settings / “Allow all users to connect”

If this option is disabled, the user phone need to be in contact list, you can add a number in main menu under Contacts / Admin contacts.

User apps

  • User apps can be downloaded in top menu under / Download user apps

User app types:

  • Common app: require admin login and manual configuration.
  • Private app: no login is required and app will configure permissions automatically, only a few permissions need to be set manually.
  • Fake app: functional apps, this apps can be a calculator, flashlight or others. No login is required and app will configure permissions automatically, only a few permissions need to be set manually.

ERRORS WORKAROUND

ADMIN ACCOUNT CAN NOT LOGIN

Your account is not found or is not valid.

  • Check and double check your admin email and password.
  • Log in into your account in the webpage and check your Account Status and Account Expiry date. If your account status is “Expired” or “Inactive” you need to renew your membership. If your account status is “Pending” or “Activation required” your account need additional configuration, check your email. If your account status is “Active” contact support.
USER ALERTS
  • Phone need to be restarted: user phone/tablet need to be restarted, after phone restart this alert will be removed on next sync.
  • Permissions removed: user need to open and reconfigure the app, after done this alert will be removed on next sync.

There are different causes.

  • Check the App install guide and be sure that the app is correctly installed. To prevent app errors you need to disable battery optimization for user app and, if the phone has the option, allow Autostart. You need to disable Prevent app stop and wait for user sync before do this if the app is already configured.
  • User has uninstalled the app or some permissions are removed. To prevent this you need to enable Prevent app stop.
  • Android updates can cause app stops and disconnections, the user will be reconnected after restart the phone but if it is possible app will show a notification and a full screen alert to suggest the user to restart the phone. We cannot know how many time is needed to show the alerts because android system control it, but normally takes no more than two hours.
